Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid TrueSecurix plans and credits. We want it to be clear and fair.
1. Free trial
Every account starts with a free allowance of verifications so you can test the Service before paying. No payment is required to try it.
2. Monthly subscriptions
- You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not charge you again after that.
- The current cycle's fee is generally non-refundable once the cycle has started, because the included volume is made available immediately.
3. Pay-as-you-go credits
- Verification credits purchased as top-ups are made available immediately and do not expire.
- Because credits are delivered instantly on payment, purchased credits are generally non-refundable.
4. When we will refund
We will review refund requests in good faith, and will issue a refund where there has been a duplicate charge, a clear billing error on our side, or a failed charge that was deducted but not credited. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days, though your bank may take longer to reflect them.
5. How to request
Email contact@truesecurix.com from your account email with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Changes
We may update this policy and will reflect changes by updating the date above.
