Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrueSecurix identity and document fraud-detection API and related website and dashboard (the "Service"), operated by TrueSecurix ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TrueSecurix provides an API that analyses submitted images and documents (such as selfies, identity documents, and financial statements) and returns a fraud-risk score, a decision band (pass, review, or flag), and supporting evidence. The Service is a risk signal intended to support your own verification and decision-making. It is not a substitute for your independent judgment, and we do not make accept or reject decisions on your behalf.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Fraud and deepfake techniques evolve constantly. While we work to keep detection accurate, we do not warrant that the Service will identify every fraudulent submission or that every result is correct. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You remain responsible for your own onboarding, compliance, and final decisions.

3. Acceptable use

• You may use the Service only to verify submissions you are authorised to process, and only with the consent required from the individuals whose data you submit.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including data-protection and KYC/AML rules that apply to your business.
• You must not use the Service to harass, discriminate, or for any unlawful purpose, and you must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

4. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and for all activity under your account. Keep your key secret. If you believe it is compromised, create a new key and revoke the old one from the dashboard, or contact us. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that show signs of abuse.

5. Plans, billing, and credits

The Service offers a free allowance, monthly subscription plans, and pay-as-you-go credits. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider; by purchasing you also agree to their terms. Taxes may apply.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueSecurix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions you make using the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
